Reports

A report is a read-only summary of logged time. For fields and response details, see the API reference for the payroll summary, missing entries, and timesheet summary. Every report is gated by the permission to view time tracking entries, and viewing other people’s entries is a separate permission from viewing your own.

Show the payroll summary

Per-user working days, present days, and loss-of-pay days for a month.

Show the timesheet summary

Per-user, per-day, per-project hours for a date range. Omit --user-email for everyone.

Show missing entries

Working days (Mon-Fri) in a range where nothing was logged, for one user or for the whole team. Time logged to a PTO or holiday task counts as logged, and a holiday with nothing logged counts as missing. Useful for a weekly nudge. Pass --user-email for one user. Leave it out to cover every active team member; the report then lists only users with at least one missing day. The report is not paginated.

With --user-email, the output also carries user_email, missing_days, and count at the top level, next to the same single-row users array:
